I contacted CTR for an annual maintenance check on my HVAC system. They showed up on time and took care of business quickly and with no issues. They were both polite and informed me that my system was good to go (I apologise for not remembering their names). I was also informed that my system wasn't properly wired as my system had 3 heating elements, and only two were connected. I had to have an electrician install a 30amp circuit breaker and redirect the wires so that the third element would work. CTR saved me from having a high heating bill during the upcoming winter months.
I was also shown the plans that they have that I will be signing up for so that I don't have to worry about remembering when I had a service done. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for someone to work on your HVAC.

These are some amazing people and an amazing company. Never had an issue, always kept me in the know, never forced anything extra, gave me extra education as to how certain things can happen so I can have a better grasp and understanding as to why I may run into certain problems. Just all around great people. Another best part is the even have an easy convient way to pay when I can't be there in person to do so. I had a family member give him access to my A/C unit since I was at work and all they did was send me a link to pay remotely. And if you become member the pricing gets better. I meant to do this review the day of but got distracted, I can’t remember the repairman name but he was just great! He was so thorough in his assessment of my cooling system in my home. I just moved In and had a extremely high first bill. He did all the checks, my ac was fine. He offered other suggestions that could possibly be the problem and was very friendly and professional. Turned in my work order to ORPH on Saturday and CTR called me Sunday night to let me know they would be here to service my AC Monday between 9:00 and 1:00. Technician arrived right on time. Thought problem was fixed but said they would call back to make sure unit was cooling properly. It wasn't so they came back out that afternoon and fixed it. Very pleased with their work ethic and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your AC/HEATING issues.
