I bought a 4 ton HVAC system to fit in the small closet, of an older home. My new thermostate was installed. Michelle and Scott are a great team getting everything up and running. I really like the service plan of paying 25 dollars a month, I can call anytime, even on weekends no extra charges. They will attend to my needs or answer my questions whatever they may be.

I Recommend CTR! They got our AC unit back up and running in less than 45 minutes. Will use again!

I contacted CTR for an annual maintenance check on my HVAC system. They showed up on time and took care of business quickly and with no issues. They were both polite and informed me that my system was good to go (I apologise for not remembering their names). I was also informed that my system wasn't properly wired as my system had 3 heating elements, and only two were connected. I had to have an electrician install a 30amp circuit breaker and redirect the wires so that the third element would work. CTR saved me from having a high heating bill during the upcoming winter months.

I was also shown the plans that they have that I will be signing up for so that I don't have to worry about remembering when I had a service done. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for someone to work on your HVAC.

Always timely, communicative and one less thing I have to worry about in my home. I had an emergency after hours need and got quick service to solve some AC leakage. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

These are some amazing people and an amazing company. Just all around great people. Another best part is the even have an easy convient way to pay when I can't be there in person to do so. I had a family member give him access to my A/C unit since I was at work and all they did was send me a link to pay remotely. And if you become member the pricing gets better. Very good and trustworthy and a wonderful customer focused company. Including calls to keep you informed estimating their arrival.
I have used them three different times now and they are great. They set the appt to arrive in a 3 hour period and they arrived on the 1st 1/2 hour rather than at the end and they called when they were 15 minutes away. Service is great and prices are also very good.
UPDATE - I have used them a few time over the past 3 yrs and they are still incredible. Happy - they do even the little things right. Like arriving in time.

They got me on the schedule as fast as they could and when they came out, they kept me updated the issue and told me my options before moving forward. They worked well with the warranty company, I would definitely call them again.

Amazingly responsive to my first call even though it was a rural location. Service person (Michelle) diagnosed and repaired immeciately. I subscribed to their maintence plan because they seemed so reliable and available for AC emergency. They've been very faithful in changing filters and performing required service. The best part is they show up when they say they will.

I meant to do this review the day of but got distracted, I can’t remember the repairman name but he was just great! He was so thorough in his assessment of my cooling system in my home. I just moved In and had a extremely high first bill. He did all the checks, my ac was fine. He offered other suggestions that could possibly be the problem and was very friendly and professional. Turned in my work order to ORPH on Saturday and CTR called me Sunday night to let me know they would be here to service my AC Monday between 9:00 and 1:00. Technician arrived right on time. Thought problem was fixed but said they would call back to make sure unit was cooling properly. It wasn't so they came back out that afternoon and fixed it. Very pleased with their work ethic and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your AC/HEATING issues.

The AC technician showed up on time and diagnosed a bad capacitor right away. He had the part in his truck and had the AC working fast. I would definitely use CTR again.
