Very friendly people and pretty quick with their work. The only downside was that they should have stayed in the work area, called me to come to them, and not gone into areas of my home that were clean. Obviously, their shoes were dirty. They ended up leaving footprints all over my living room and kitchen. But of course I’m choose this company again because it just a detail.
This is one AC company I know I can trust. They are prompt, do great work and provide sound, honest feedback. Hard to find that anymore. Really glad we have them.

I cannot express enough how fantastic this company is. Originally used my home warranty to have a tech. But CTR is a whole new level of expert and professionals. They got a tech to my house same day, he immediately found the issue even guided me on prevention things that I can do for future problems.
They also sent me a message when the tech was on his way with a short bio including picture which gave me a peace of mind since I was alone with my boys on that day. There was also a tracking feature that allowed to see when he approached my home.
I love this feature because I know exactly who I was letting in my home. They even have after hour tech and this was last minute after hour hvac situation never using another company again.
He went above and beyond knowing I had been in a car accident struggling to move around he educated my teens on what needed to be done by us for upkeep because i physically climb up to the unit to show them or explain it to them. He explained it in great detail so they can help me in the future.

Very easy to schedule from their website, we had an appointment the following morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to quickly source a new system and the required permits and get it installed. All their employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this company.

CTR Services responded quickly. Although it was determined my problem was the circuit breaker (which I replaced myself afterwards), the technicians worked competently and efficiently. I'm sure that CTR Services will be my "go-to" for any future HVAC issues. Amazingly responsive to my first call even though it was a rural location. Service person (Michelle) diagnosed and repaired immeciately. I subscribed to their maintence plan because they seemed so reliable and available for AC emergency. They've been very faithful in changing filters and performing required service. The best part is they show up when they say they will.

I meant to do this review the day of but got distracted, I can’t remember the repairman name but he was just great! He was so thorough in his assessment of my cooling system in my home. I just moved In and had a extremely high first bill. He did all the checks, my ac was fine. He offered other suggestions that could possibly be the problem and was very friendly and professional. I will use them in the future hands down.

Turned in my work order to ORPH on Saturday and CTR called me Sunday night to let me know they would be here to service my AC Monday between 9:00 and 1:00. Technician arrived right on time. Thought problem was fixed but said they would call back to make sure unit was cooling properly. It wasn't so they came back out that afternoon and fixed it. Very pleased with their work ethic and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your AC/HEATING issues.
