ok so our system died in july (classic texas summer) and the relief when cold air came back?? honestly felt like my first startup closing its seed round - pure validation. tech explained the compressor issue clearly, made sense of everything, and i was back to working from home comfortably within hours. still running perfectly.

Been using big-name hvac companies around here for years and honestly I'm done with that whole setup. Booked these guys for a maintenance call back in early September and the difference was immediate. Showed up on time which already beats most of the Franchise operations. Went through everything on my system. Explained what he was checking and why it mattered. No upsell tactics. No "your system's dying you need a new one" speech that I've gotten from literally Every Other Company. Just honest work. The price was straightforward too. Not the cheapest but not the inflated rate you get when a branded van pulls up. I asked about a weird noise from the outdoor unit and he actually took the time to show me what was causing it and how he fixed it. With the big chains you get someone in a rush who barely looks at you.

Scott and Michelle were AMAZING even though I contacted them at THE HOTTEST 🥵 part of the summer before both my units eventually died on me. They gave me a honest inspection with repair/replacement options, upfront cost estimates and time to make the best decision for my home which had 18 year old systems☹️. They followed up after the installation which reinforced I chose the right company! Thank you CTR for taking on my home in this heat and restoring its comfort!

Was in Killeen this week for client meetings and of course my AC picked the absolute worst time to die, literally the day before I had to drive back through town. Called them up and they SQUEEZED me in same afternoon which was sooooo clutch. Tech showed up and figured out the capacitor was shot, had the part on the truck and swapped it out in like twenty minutes. Honestly saved my entire week because I had two more days of driving ahead and Texas in September is brutal. Would absolutely call them again if I'm ever back through the area for work.

CTR Services provided is the best Services in USA. I would like to of all who needed these types of services. Actually their job out of expectation. I like that.

Called in to get an idea of customer service and they treat everyone with the utmost respect. Definitely a place I would look into.

Was browsing around Stan Schlueter Loop and saw their truck parked at a house, figured I'd save the number. Called them two weeks later when our system started blowing warm and they had someone out that afternoon. Fixed the capacitor right there and didn't try to upsell me on a whole new unit. Fair pricing too. Would use them again.

so I'm sitting here right now and the ac is running and it's like 71 degrees inside which sounds normal but this morning it was 82 and honestly I was freaking out a little because it's September and still brutal outside and the unit just quit and I called around and these guys got here within a couple hours which felt fast and the guy who came out just knew exactly what was wrong within like ten minutes and explained it in a way that actually made sense and didn't try to sell me on a whole new system or anything and the price was fair and now I'm just sitting here feeling so relieved and honestly a little emotional about having cold air again which sounds dramatic but when you're sweating in your own house you get it??

Messages were very quick. Diagnostic and repair were also faster than expected. Price was below estimates I had looked up online. Were able to coordinate with home warranty company and had prior experience billing with them. Will call them again if any further assistance is required.

Update: 6/22/26: CTR is still servicing/repairing my A/C system and doing a great job! Michelle was a great tech! Very thorough and explains everything with great detail. Highly recommend them for your A/C needs! Update 4/6/24: I have CTR come and service my A/C unit for preventive purposes. Michelle was very professional. She checked my unit inside and my condenser unit outside. Made a recommendation to replace my capacitor on my condenser. She noted that it wasnt something that was imminent, but should be replaced before the hot summer takes full effect and puts additional strain on my system. I truly appreciated her honesty in her assessment and she didn't push me to have it repaired immediately. She explained the issue and gave me the estimate and told me to schedule it at my convenience. CTR is a great company with honest profrssionals. I will continue to use them for my HVAC services and recommend them for yours as well. Original Review: Called CTR to come and check my AC that was leaking water after seeing all their 5* reviews from previous customers. The secretary was very understsnding and put me on the schedule for same day. They did even better and responded within a couple hours of me calling. The tech contacted me when he was enroute told me the likely problem and the estimated price to repair. It was exactly what he said and the issue was fixed in no time! Thank you CTR for your prompt and professional response. Highly recommend them! I will be using your services again.

I have used CTR several times now from normal tune ups to repairs. Finally bit the bullet and hand them replacement my 14 year old AC unit.
