Update: 6/22/26: CTR is still servicing/repairing my A/C system and doing a great job! Michelle was a great tech! Very thorough and explains everything with great detail. Highly recommend them for your A/C needs! Update 4/6/24: I have CTR come and service my A/C unit for preventive purposes. Michelle was very professional. She checked my unit inside and my condenser unit outside. Made a recommendation to replace my capacitor on my condenser. She noted that it wasnt something that was imminent, but should be replaced before the hot summer takes full effect and puts additional strain on my system. I truly appreciated her honesty in her assessment and she didn't push me to have it repaired immediately. She explained the issue and gave me the estimate and told me to schedule it at my convenience. CTR is a great company with honest profrssionals. I will continue to use them for my HVAC services and recommend them for yours as well. Original Review: Called CTR to come and check my AC that was leaking water after seeing all their 5* reviews from previous customers. The secretary was very understsnding and put me on the schedule for same day. They did even better and responded within a couple hours of me calling. The tech contacted me when he was enroute told me the likely problem and the estimated price to repair. It was exactly what he said and the issue was fixed in no time! I have used CTR several times now from normal tune ups to repairs. Finally bit the bullet and hand them replacement my 14 year old AC unit. I recently had another well known company come out and service my HVAC system and I was told that I needed a new unit, coil, etc. Something didn't sit right with me so before I went with their $7,000-$14,000 repair I got a second opinion. Michelle came out, did a very thorough inspection of everything and told me in detail exactly what was going on. What really made me feel comfortable was she took pictures and showed me as well as took me with her to the attic to see for myself. She explained what she was going to do to repair it and how I can maintain everything myself. There were no upsells, no pressuring me to do anything except what she said she was going to do. Once all work was completed she showed me photos of that as well. I felt so relieved when she was finished and not out of thousands of dollars. If it weren't for my gut feeling and a friend knowledgeable in HVAC systems I probably would have continued to stress. Be careful with these other companies, just because they have big reviews doesn't mean they are honest. Get a second opinion. Thank you Michelle for your hard work and honesty! I bought a 4 ton HVAC system to fit in the small closet, of an older home. My new thermostate was installed. Michelle and Scott are a great team getting everything up and running. I really like the service plan of paying 25 dollars a month, I can call anytime, even on weekends no extra charges. They will attend to my needs or answer my questions whatever they may be.
